    Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of Ampsoft is composed of 05 (five) distinct units of activities: High administration, Technology, Medium administration, Technical Support and Administration, these units may vary depending on the size and importance of the environment, technology and other factors. 

                             

Areas of Competence

 

  • High and Medium Administration

    Provides direction, strategy, goals and policies for all the organization or its major divisions. The Medium Administration is responsible for implementation and coordination at the departmental level.

  • Technical Support

    Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the technologies applied in the organization, and also by creating innovative technology, helping the organization to change and adapt itself. The Technical Support of Ampsoft consists of Software Engineers, Database Administrators, Directors of Objects, Network Administrators, Documenters and marketers (Market Research).

  • Administrative Support

    Responsible for the even operation and maintenance of the organization, which includes physical and human elements. This function includes activities of human resources, such as recruitment and hiring, setting salaries and benefits, training and developing staff, and maintenance activities such as cleaning of facilities, maintenance/repair of machines.

  • Technology

    Composed of professionals who perform the function of the SIES system and it is responsible for generating an output of products and services. It is in this unit that occurs the transformation of inputs into products, consisting of professionals such as: Programmers, Systems Analyst, Business Analysts, Project Managers and coordinators among others.

Modelo Organizacional


With the model of learning organization we want to promote the communication and collaboration so that everyone is engaged in identifying and solving problems by allowing the organization to continuously experiment, improve and increase its capacity.

The model of learning organization is based on equality, open information, low hierarchy and a culture that encourages participation and adaptability, enabling the emergence of ideas from any person helping the organization to take up opportunities and manage crisis.

With this type of organization, we emphasized that the essential value is the solution of problems as opposed to the traditional organization designed for efficient performance. 

 

Centralization


Decisions are delegated to lower organizational levels, defining roles and responsibilities within a trend of decentralized structure. 

Hierarchy of Authority


The limits of control are high (horizontal structure), with a low line of hierarchy of authority, adopting a collaborative culture.

Specialization


The level of expertise required in the Ampsoft is directed to the profile of professionals with technical and business competence needed to customize and implement our solutions with customers, being defined, for each profile, the skills needed to perform their functions.

Profissionalism


The level of formal education of professionals of Ampsoft is high, due to our area and the environment in which we are inserted, this need leads to a policy of evolutionary roles and responsibilities, which considers the education and experience of each consultant / employee of the company. In this sense, our group consists of certified professionals on Microsoft technology and education in universities, such as: FATEC, ITA, Mackenzie, UNICAMP, among other renowned educational institutions.
